  BOSSE, or the Board of Open Schooling and Skill Education, is the best way for students who are unable to attend normal schools for whatever reason and want access to the same educational possibilities as those who do. The CBSE-sponsored open school project in 1979, on the other hand, marked the start of open schooling in India.
